All services are subject to the individual terms and conditions of the airline(s) involved. Flight Support Hub acts as an independent travel support facilitator and is not a direct airline operator.
- 3. Acceptance of Terms

- 4. Booking Policy
When making a flight booking through Flight Support Hub:
- You must provide accurate and complete passenger details, including passport information, to avoid rejection by the airline.
- All bookings are subject to seat availability and airline approval.
- Confirmation of your booking will be sent to your email after successful payment.
- Inaccurate or incomplete information may lead to additional charges or cancellation.

- 5. Changes and Upgrades
We offer assistance with flight changes and upgrades for all airlines.
- Flight date, time, or class changes are subject to airline policies and fare rules.
- Additional fees, fare differences, or service charges may apply.
- Flight Support Hub does not guarantee that change requests will be accepted by the airline.
- All modifications must be requested at least 24 to 72 hours before scheduled departure, depending on the carrier.

- 6. Name Change in Flight Booking
We understand that misspelled names or legal name changes can happen. Our team provides support for correcting names on existing bookings.
- Name corrections are subject to airline approval and documentation.
- Most airlines do not allow full name changes, only minor corrections.
- Government-issued ID or passport must match the final booking name.
- Service fees and airline charges may apply.

Flight Support Hub is not responsible for currency conversion charges by your bank.

- Refunds may take 7 to 21 business days, depending on the airline.
- Our service fee is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
